We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative Business Development Manager to join our Smart Corporate Transaction Banking team to develop a growth strategy for business expansion. This role will be responsible for business development activities, defining product vision for different business segments and coming up with initiatives to the full execution of the plans and visions.

  • Identify and analyze growth pattern and potential of different business sectors
  • Develop growth strategies to increase the value of current business customers while attracting new ones.
  • Find and develop new markets where existing products can be offered and identify opportunity to introduce new products
  • Work with product solutions to team to offer suitable products to new potential markets
  • Maintains a high degree of product knowledge, industry updates, trends and work on appropriate initiatives to help promote business growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customers’ needs and market situation
  • Be able to come up with actionable business plans for the new potential markets and customers
  • Lead business discussions with potential business customers and establish rapport
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders for the growth of business

  • Possess a bachelor degree (Degree in Banking/Business Administration/Marketing)
  • Proficient in English language
  • Analytical thinking
  • Proficient at analyzing the data and drawing up new business strategies, proposal, plans
  • Good at using BI/ analytic tools
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
  • Strong organizational and influential skills
  • Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Skilled in oratory and presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work overtime, when needed, to complete the jobs in time and for good results
  • Banking/ Mobile Wallets/ POS system knowledge will be an advantage.
