  • Map business requirements by interacting with both business and IT teams
  • Provide technical and functional support to execute business plans to deliver exceptional digital experience to clients on the Digital Platforms in order to increase usage and maximize revenueAnalyse applications to be enhanced for particular business requirements.
  • Efficiently delivering of app outcomes by effective facilitation, overseeing technical reporting and monitoring.
  • Troubleshooting/resolving mobile banking issues by working with IT team.
  • To prepare test case, testing report and user guide, BRD (Business Requirement Document) and SOP of products. 
  • Providing guidance to support staff on software development and maintenance.
  • Able to interact with team members and other stakeholders while working on the VC’s initiatives and products.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent education and related experience
  • Two year or more of experience in system support functions
  • Knowledge and practical experience of Remittance or Online Banking Systems
  • Display a high-level of ownership and superior work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Has knowledge on banking, digital services and software applications.
  • Strong technical comprehension skill.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Good communication skill and presentation skill (English verbal and written)
