•    Manage and support various IT operations and systems across the organization.
•    Perform installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software.
•    Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment such as computers, printers, and network devices.
•    Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
•    Monitor and maintain internet connections and data backup systems.
•    Provide user support and technical assistance to staff in resolving system-related issues.
•    Assist in preparing and maintaining IT documentation and inventory records.
•    Support system security measures and assist in basic firewall and cybersecurity monitoring.
•    Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

•    Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Professional IT qualification or certification is an advantage.
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Good knowledge of hardware, software, and network connections.
•    Responsible, proactive, and able to work under supervision.
•    Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
