The role holder reports into the Head of KBZPay PMO and works closely with the MD Fintech and KBZPay for business strategy development leveraging on data analytics and also support KBZPay engagement with Board Strategy Committee and other senior leadership. In addition, the role holder will develop strategic insights based on data analytics, mystery shopping and engage respective KBZPay VCs act on the results of the strategic insights and mystery shopping.  This is a highly visible role and the role holder must be effectively bilingual.

• Engage respective stakeholders to develop and prepare strategic initiatives for presentation.
• Work with Data Analytics teams to define and strategize analysis data analytic trends.
• Conduct relevant mystery shopping on our distribution network and competitors to supplement the data analytic insights.
• Support Head of PMO for MIS distribution and follow up with respective VCs and functions.
• Support MD Fintech and KBZPay for Board Level/Steering Committee meetings for minute taking and follow up action items.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all applicable wallet solutions and features.
• To carry out any other duties or special project which may assign to you from time to time by Head of KBZPay PMO.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years working experience (preferred in Banking or consulting)
• Proficient in English and Burmese language
• Skilled in Microsoft office
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work under time constraint.
• Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Be willing to travel and meet new people.
• Have good understanding of technology and its application
