We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Business Systems Analyst to join Cynexix and take ownership of documenting, analyzing, and presenting our fintech solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle.

This role will cover our payment applications and cloud‑based SaaS solutions, including Terminal Management System (TMS), Merchant Service Hubs (MSH), etc., ensuring that every feature, workflow, and process is clearly captured and accessible.

You will work closely with Research & Development (R&D) and Project Management Office (PMO) teams to:

1. Document requirements, workflows, and technical processes during active development and post‑deployment.
2. Maintain structured documentation in Confluence and version control in Git repositories.
3. Standardize templates, naming conventions, and documentation formats to ensure consistency and easy knowledge transfer across projects.
4. Analyze new systems and features, prepare product briefs, and create technical diagrams for internal use.
5. Support internal and customer training sessions by preparing training materials, exercises, and post‑training reference content.

You will collaborate with Sales & Business Development (BD) teams to:

1. Create high‑quality presentations, product slide decks, and proposal materials for customer demos and bids.
2. Ensure customer business requirements are accurately captured, validated, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience in technical documentation and workflow definition for software solutions, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
2. Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and related applications.
3. Ability to produce clear, structured, and professional documentation in Confluence.
4. Skilled in maintaining and organizing technical notes in Git repositories.
5. Proficient in creating process diagrams (BPMN, UML, or similar) and functional specifications.
6. Strong presentation skills — Must be able to translate technical features into customer‑friendly content.
7. Highly organized with the ability to manage documentation for multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
2. Exceptional written English — Must be able to produce customer‑facing and internal documentation without grammatical or structural errors.
3. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a business analysis, technical writing, or systems documentation role.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), documentation tools (Confluence), and diagramming software (Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).
5. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
6. Knowledge of SaaS platforms and payment technologies is a strong advantage.
