- Manage VIP customer services activities, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

- Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team, including business, operations, call center, marketing, technology, legal, and risk teams to achieve the goal.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Project Management:
- End-to-end project management of credit card enhancement projects in collaboration with card vendors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones and goals are met within the stipulated timelines and budgets.
Market Analysis and Competitor Studies:
- Conduct regular reviews of market trends and analyze competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within the credit card segment.
Marketing Strategy and Implementation:

- Initiate product ideas and develop features/benefits tailored for each target segment.
