An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Support the execution and monitoring of trade marketing programs and promotional campaigns across modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, C&C, Horeca, etc.).
  • Ensure on-time delivery, proper installation, and visibility of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) in all assigned outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to verify store execution, merchandising compliance, and promotional setup.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and trade partners to enhance brand presence.
  • Gather and report comprehensive market insights during market visits, including competitor movements (new product launches, pricing strategies, promotions, in-store activities), store performance, and shopper feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design and adapt trade marketing initiatives based on customer and market needs.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and field feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure product availability, correct shelf positioning, price compliance, and promotional support in-store.
  • Track POSM inventory and ensure efficient resource utilization.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelore Degree Holder
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, or retail, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Have a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel to different locations for market visits.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent travel to market visits and stores.
  • Able to clearly communicate with store staff, supervisors, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting (data entry) and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
