  • Align credit and collection policies.
  • Plan and execute collection activities.
  • Analyze and manage overdue accounts.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Communicate with customers on payments and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate credit records and compliance.
  • Generate and manage repayment data.
  • Report overdue accounts and progress to the Collection Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Female only, desk working at MMF HO  
  • Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the bank/financial field
  • Proficiency in using advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with different functions and teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good in English and Burmese
