  • Implement and develop overall e-commerce strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brands and Marketing teams to develop and execute full-price and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data and prepare regular reports for Top management.
  • Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement of better Buyers' and Shoppers' Marketing Hypothesis
  • Managing the e-commerce UIUX and Tech team to ensure its performance and better customer experiences
  • Implement improvements based on customer feedback and data insights of Customer Services Teams
  • Oversee customer service operations and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and inventory management with Operation Functional Leader.
  • Foster collaboration between the e-commerce team and other departments such as Brands, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as Sellers, Banks, Marketing Agencies, and Tech vendors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with customer experience optimization and best practices in customer service.
