• Overall accountability of the running of Channel Operations and Business Support unit.
• To provide full suite of business support and operation services to support the smooth running and operations of sales and services function of all channels including but not limited to physical - direct and indirect (dealers) and non physical channels (web eventually).
• Order Management - end to end Order Management requirements of each channel by ensuring that each channel is enabled to support customer registration and fulfillment. This includes developing a strategy in identifying rand deploying the appropriate system or user interface that enables our channel partners to better serve our existing or potential customers.
• Joint develop and maintain an order management based support system for exclusive retail stores.
• Number Management - optimal use and allocation of MSISDN numbers to ensure that channels are consistently supplied with sufficient numbers to support new subscription.
• Prepaid and postpaid logistics management - manage all supply chain requirements of SIM card for all channels and to work closely with appointed SIM card vendors to identify appropriate strategies to help

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 15 years of working experience, preferably in sales support or sales organizations.
• Experience in the telco industry would be an added advantage,
• Good communication and writing skills.
