About the Role:

GUSTO College is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Overseas Education Officer to support our growing international education programs. This role involves guiding students and parents through the overseas admission and visa process, and serving as the communication bridge between GUSTO and our partner universities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding overseas study options, university admissions, and timelines.

✅ Liaise professionally with overseas university representatives and maintain strong working relationships.

✅ Check and verify required application and visa documents for accuracy and completeness.

✅ Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications.

✅ Guide students through visa application processes, including document submission and interview preparation.

✅ Maintain records of all student applications and outcomes.

✅ Stay updated with visa regulations, partner university requirements, and education trends.

✅ Support international events, seminars, and student briefings.

Requirements:

✅ Any Bachelor’s degree

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in education consulting or student services (overseas education preferred).

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Myanmar.

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

✅ Friendly, patient, and service-oriented mindset.

✅ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

✅ Familiarity with visa processes is a plus.
