  • Assist in conducting initial consultations with prospective students.
  • Provide accurate information on education programs, admission requirements, living arrangements, etc.,
  1. Message & Comment Response
  • Monitor incoming messages, comments, tags, and mentions on all company social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  1. Customer Service & Problem Resolution
  • Address complaints, concerns, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
  • Offer solutions, guidance, and information based on company policies.
  • Ensure followup on unresolved customer issues.
  1. Monitoring & Reporting
  • Keep track of common inquiries, issues, and trends.
  • Prepare simple daily or weekly reports on customer interactions.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media pages or digital content.
  • Understanding of customer service principles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
