Role and Responsibilities

  • To assist the JDs creation and updating process in timely manner             
  • To assist the Contract Management process to send labor office on time    
  • To support Work rules and Company Policy maintenance         
  • To assist Work Time Table (OT, Shift, Unpaid Leave) collection process       
  • To prepare Certificate of Employment based on the employee request              
  • Assist to prepare Referral submission process on time             
  • Support BCP preparation and HR announcement            
  • Assist to manager when urgency tasks appear       
  • Understand the job nature and organization structure
  • Skillful for using of Computer              
  • Underrated Myanmar labor law and regulations              
  • Effective Communication skill              
  • Well working with team wide              
  • Good interpersonal skill

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate ( Bachlor of English is more preferred )
  • Computer skill (MS Office-Word/Excel/Powerpoint)"
  • Communication skill , Translation skill
  • English language skill  (Upper Intermediate level)
  • 3-5 years experience in HR fields
  • Age between - 25-35
