- Have to focus on student centered teaching approach.
- Have organized and responsible followed by yearly course and curriculum planning.
- Can work to finish quarterly assessment of student work/assignments.
- To be update activities including curriculum and professional are undertaken and agreed with HND courses.
- To participate in internal verification and moderation procedures with Academic Consultant and Quality Nominees.
- To involve in appropriate team and Committee meetings upon situation.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- MA (English) PhD, MA (TEFL) holders.
- Must be proficient in English teaching,
- Having two academic years Cambridge/ international Experience.
- Good communication and pleasant personality
- Ability to work with contract one year.
- Prefer international authorized degree holders and teaching experiences in international and university.
