Communicate with clients and troubleshooting of software.
Proper maintenance and updates of functional test and operation specification.
Participate and support in the activities for systems implementation.
Attending to incoming calls by customer who encounter system problem or from emails.
Training for clients and internal staffs.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

At least 2 years of experience in ERP software support.
Experience working with customers, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.
Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Science or relevant
Good command of reading and writing of English is a must.
Hardworking, patient, pleasant personality, positive attitude and self-study skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
