A Big Opportunity for ...

-Make sure all FO Team provide high quality and consistency of arrivals handling and departure procedures handling including.
-Working roasters according occupancy.
-Control and respond accordingly o room inspection and clearance,assisting with room set up amenities,VIP set ups,honeymoon set ups,governmental visits and set ups,billing instruction.
-Communicate effectively with all team and another departments.
-Assign correct room types to guest.
-Verifies that accurate room status information are filling to room master software
-Resolve guests problems quickly,efficiently and courteously
-Updates groups information for system - internal & externally
-Maintain master key control and manual key inventories and secure system
-Check cashier in and out and verifies banks and deposits at end of each shift
-Enforces all cash-handling, check cashing and credit policies
-Maximized room revenue and occupancy - reviewing status daily , analyze rate variance , monitor credit reports, monitor selling status of resort daily.
-Prepare revenue & forecasting accordingly with reservation team
-Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit or assign members.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Any graduate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- English (4) skills requirement.
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Knowledge of Front Office operations
-Adequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processes
-5 years’ experience as a FOM in a 05 star hotel environment
-Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques.
- Hands on experience with guest relationship management software.
- Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset. (E)
-Guest service orientation and drive.
-Ability to work effectively and proven ability to work under pressure.
