  • Develop and execute the agency banking business strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s vision and CBM’s regulatory framework.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for agent recruitment, activation, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-department collaboration with Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Marketing.
  • Approve agent categories, fee structures, incentive plans, and marketing activities.
  • Represent Agency Banking in management and board-level reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, CBM Section 18, and bank internal policies.
  • Drive innovation and digital inclusion through agent-based financial services.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–10 years of banking experience with 3+ years in branchless or agent banking leadership.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking, financial inclusion, and digital channels.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational transformation towards digital banking ecosystems.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with demonstrated success in business planning, market expansion, and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation.
