Job Description

Must be able to establish HR policies.
Must carry out daily attendance tracking and salary calculations.
Must ensure employees comply with workplace rules and regulations.
Must calculate and manage employee leave entitlements.
Must be able to draft Job Descriptions (JDs) for employees.
Must be able to develop and implement Promotion and Increment Plans for employees.

Job Requirement
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to use Internet, Email, and Viber effectively.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection.
Must be able to coordinate between the company and employees, and contribute to the development of HRM (Human Resource Management) and HRD (Human Resource Development).
