Assist and work closely with HR Manager for all HR Administration and day to day management
Mainly responsible for in time recruitment for the CDC- PSB Institude
Prepare and maintain the Standard Employment Contract for employees
Record and maintain the staff personal records as well as all the documents are arranged and exit interview take place for resignation staff
Processing payroll calculation (SSB, personal income tax, calculating and contributing for it)
Dealing with related government offices such as SSB, Tax and labor affairs
Handling and solving staff complaint
Responsible for Legal & ISO Compliance

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

· Relevant Bachelor degree with two to three years’ experience in Human Resources Management
. Excellent organizational skills
· Demonstrates a high degree of Confidentiality
. Able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals
. Familiar with Myanmar Labour Law
. Good social and communication skill
· Good English Language Skill, verbal and written
· Have strong skill in MS (Excel and Word)
