Recruitment Support:

Screen resumes and application forms against job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and onboarding materials.

HR Administration:

Organize and file employee documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.(Employee Contarct matter).
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

General Support:

Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence.

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
