  • Recruiting required manpower Position , Searching New Cvs , Screening Cvs, Contacting To Appropriate Cvs, Negotiating right vacancies by right pay rate.
  • Checking Daily Attendance from Fingerprint Software, Filling Employee Data with HR Software, Leave or Absent schedule report by each staff, Allowance for Phone, Uniform ,  Transportation, Payroll, SSB, Personal imcome tax report for Monthly Salary
  • Solve the problems between all departments  and employee issues
  • Discussion with Labour office  if there is incidental cases
  • Report and request approve to Management team to pay salary  on time
  • Recruit &select the suitable employees with organizational culture

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Graduate ( HR diploma is preferable)
  • Can work under pressure
  • Good Skills at MS Office(Excel,Word)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good problems solving skills
  • can use computer software
  • Must be understand Myanmar Labour Law
