The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The HR Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the media production department.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment especially for creative and production roles.
  • Partner with department heads to address workforce planning, performance management, and talent retention.
  • Oversee onboarding and training programs tailored to the media production environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Drive HR initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive work culture.
  • Coordinate freelance and contract hiring processes in accordance with industry standards.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor law, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in recruiting for production, post-production, and creative roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems , Google workplace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project-based staffing and freelance talent management.
  • Understanding of media production workflows( radio, TV broadcasting) and creative team dynamics.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
