လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

Ensures that accurate job descriptions are delivered, signed and kept in the employee profile.

Employee attendant record and salary payment calculation.

SSB and income tax applying.

Circulates internal memos as well as external correspondences

Ensures that all CVs are screening properly in time and arranging daily interview appointments

Participate in the development of the database including data entry and reporting.

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedure.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1 - 2 years of solid HR Experience

Must be flexible/trainable

Mastery of the English language is an advantage

Can work with minimum supervision

With pleasing personality/outgoing

Knowledge of policies and procedure in Myanmar labour law and knowledge of applying SSB and income taxation is preferable.
