This position will be responsible for HR Compliance and General HR functions

• Ensure company HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Support HR Committee meeting arrangement and recording
• Ensure and deliver the documentations end to end process of compliance matters, update in HR System
• Coordinate with the stakeholders for HR Compliance matters
• Support internal and external HR audits and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Handles HR compliance operations such as training coordination, investigations, reporting, and communication with legal teams and government departments to ensure full compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Present regular reports and coordinate with the Head of Department (HOD) on HR compliance activities, key findings, and corrective actions.
• Support and coordinate the end-to-end employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth employee separation.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by direct supervisor or Senior Management.

• Bachelor’s degree Holder
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience and preferably in HR compliance, Labor law & and other related laws.
• Strong knowledge in update labor law, HR policy, procedure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Power Point, Word & Excel.
