Handle the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers, BU HR and applicants for interview scheduling.
Conduct interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and file necessary recruitment documents.
Preparing Employment Offer Letters and Employment Contracts.
Conduct background and reference checks when required.
Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to the Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist role.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
