About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department and drive employee engagement, relations, and development across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including operations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, policy implementation, and HR reporting. This role is key to nurturing a positive work culture and bridging management with employees.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee and manage the entire HR function and daily operations
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily HR reports for management
  • Manage departmental budgets

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Prepare vacancy announcements and coordinate recruitment activities
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Maintain employee data and ensure smooth integration into the company

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Foster positive employee relations and address grievances or issues promptly
  • Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events
  • Support managers in performance appraisals, promotions, and career development discussions
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to enhance workplace satisfaction

Training & Development:

  • Assess training needs and organize relevant training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Support employee growth and development initiatives
  • Assist in preparing HR handbooks, policies, and guidelines

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:

  • Manage pay plans, benefits, and statutory contributions (e.g., SSB)
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with company standards and legal requirements

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Organize HOD meetings and provide HR insights to management
  • Collaborate with all departments to support HR initiatives
  • Assist management in strategic HR planning and operational improvements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in HRM/HRD & Business Management
  • Experience: Proven HR experience required, preferably in F&B industry
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication skills (local language & English)
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
    • Experience in employee relations, engagement, and development
    • Ability to manage all HR functions independently and efficiently
