This position will be responsible for supporting IT systems and related services for all the functional units of the company.

• Serve as the single point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring prompt resolution and educating staff in IT procedures to prevent recurring issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborate with vendors and IT teams for problem resolution.
• Manage Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licenses, security) and Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, backups, and compliance).
• Maintain and manage IT assets and inventory, handling procurement, lifecycle management, and documentation of IT hardware, software, and cloud resources.
• Oversee IT procurement and approvals, ensuring cost-effective purchases, preparing contracts, and negotiating terms with vendors.
• Participate in IT security and infrastructure projects, supporting policy implementation, compliance, and business continuity planning.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, regulatory compliance, and security best practices while providing technical documentation and reports as needed.
• Perform additional IT duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training.
• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and cloud management.
• Experience in Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and monitoring of desktop hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security configurations.
• Basic knowledge of networking & security protocols and concepts.
• Familiarity with IT asset management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centricity mindset, with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT supporting.
