SUMMARY

-Responsible for managing IT support infrastructure and services to provide reliable IT support

to all functions across school operations.

-Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the networks within the Organization.

PURPOSE OF JOB

          To provide trouble free upkeep & maintenance of the Network Integrity, for seamless IT functioning for the School Operations. Plan & Manage all project timelines and resource budgeting and optimizing the cost of IT support across the Organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONAL SERVICES

• Installing licensed software on all servers & computers/laptops/ devices
• Perform maintenance activities of hardware and software on a regular basis for I.T equipment.
• Conducting periodic inventory activities on all Assets of IT in the school either movable or immovable as sets.
• Supporting all IT equipment that is a school asset for use in operational activities of learning or administrative and managerial activities
• Backing up data and system and maintenance of anti-virus/Trojan/worm attacks etc.
• Installing new Internet and CCTV network.
• Storing and maintaining IT movable goods such as (Printers, Laptop, LCD Projector, Visualizer, Copiers) and record In and out of the goods.
• Studying new technology and implementing it into the system at school for maximum use, this activity should be known and/or approved by IT Manager or Administrator
• Coordinate with teamwork, I.T Manager and or Administrator for any problems that arise
• Look for new vendor (s) with better price and quality of goods for cost optimization for
• IT support Periodically perform performance analysis of system hardware, software and network and report it to I.T
• Running all support procedures (Application, Processing, Approval) that IT manager and Administrator have established
• Managing Sound System and Experienced on Audio System.

- Education: Bachelor degree from Information Technology/Computer Science

- Experience 2 years in similar position

- Computer MS Office, Networking, PowerPoint, Troubleshooting

- Training/Course Networking, Data Protection etc

- Essentially able to communicate with English

- Able to work under pressure
