• Key Account Management
• Responsible for building/ managing a team of sales and service professionals
• Manage Principal partner relationship effectively to build a warm relationship to facilitate achieving goals
• Primarily responsible for achieving the Sales Plan revenues, profits and cash flow.
•Formulate and roll out strategic business plans via the creation of key business strategic positioning for Myanmar markets based on well understood customer needs, competitive landscape and market dynamics.
•Have to mange the whole process of operation (Sales, Marketing, etc..)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Med Tech education
- Working experience in Laboratory for 2-3 years at least
- Working experience Distributor or Company, doing application for 2-3 years
- Worked in IVD company or distributor, doing sales for 3-4 years
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong people management skills
- English command should be medium to good
