• Continuously monitor network performance, system health, and application status using monitoring tools. Identify anomalies, performance issues, or potential security threats before they escalate.

• Act as the first responder to alerts and incidents. Perform initial diagnostics on issues such as network outages, server malfunctions, or application errors.

• Resolve routine issues using established procedures. Escalate complex or unresolved incidents to Tier 2/3 engineers, system administrators, or specialized teams for further investigation.

• Monitor and maintain our network around the clock, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
• Respond to and troubleshoot network, server, and application alerts, escalating issues as needed to senior engineers or system administrators.
• Perform initial diagnostics on network devices, servers, and applications to identify the root cause of issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues promptly.

• A bachelor's degree is a plus, with a strong preference for degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. (Fresher Welcome)

• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or CompTIA A+ are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

• Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Familiarity with server operating systems like Windows Server or Linux (including command-line tools and basic system administration).

• Knowledge of how applications interact with servers and networks.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Work wiht positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ability to work a flexible, shift-based schedule for 24/7 operations.
