- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates

- At least 3 years experiences in recruitment
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment from service industry
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Outstanding communication ability

- Sound Judgement
- Must be fluent in both Burmese and English
