  • Implement  LeanTPM and EHS strategy and targets aligned with the region.
  • Define Tactical Implementation and corrective actions to be implemented.
  • Ensure to integrate LeanTPM and EHS compliance way of working in daily works.
  • Develop training and roll-out plan for activity leaders and others.
  • Provide resource and skills to support activities.
  • Lead workshops with operators, corrective actions on the shop-floor.
  • Ensure all accidents and incidents are effectively reported, investigated and actions taken and followed.
  • Monitor legal compliance with local laws, regulations and standards.
  • Establish common governance model, coordinate.
  • Clarify expected returns, measure and review regularly to support Steering committee.
  • Coordinate LeanTPM audits and ISO certification.
  • Lead by example, provide direction, coach and support.
  • Develop the understanding of LeanTPM/EHS across all levels of the organisation.
  • Celebrate and communicate successful outcomes and best practices

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- English 4 skills (Upper Intermidiate)
- Production or Maintenance experience
- Report writing, documentation experience
- Knowledgeable in ISO/cGMP/LeanTPM/hygiene/Food Safety

- Education: Bachelor in relevant fields or Advanced Diploma
