We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and collaborate with team members to define, design, and deliver new mobile features.
• Promote the growth and development of team members, helping to improve the overall technical proficiency of the team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize Native Development (Java, Swift) and Cross-Platform development using Flutter to build robust mobile applications.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of software design patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture for building scalable, modular app structures.
• Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, and GetX to maintain app performance and stability.

Code Quality & Performance:

• Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization through best practices and architecture decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development and recommend improvements for processes and tools.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to build user-friendly, stable, and visually appealing mobile products.
• Ensure the app’s user interface aligns with design guidelines while meeting functional and performance requirements.

Other Duties:

• Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  Experience:

• Proven experience with Native Mobile Development (Java, Swift) and Cross-Platform Development (Flutter).
• Strong background in mobile app architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers, focusing on fostering technical growth and collaboration.

  Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Flutter, Java (for Android), and Swift (for iOS).
• Expertise in state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, and GetX.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns like MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with mobile app testing, performance tuning, and optimization.
