  • Design system configuration and networking environments.
  • Define, document, and enforce system standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align network implementations with organizational objectives.
  • Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Deploy both physical and wireless networks, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
  • Implement hosted IP voice services and integrate with existing systems.
  • Maximize network performance through constant monitoring and proactive troubleshooting.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and schedule necessary upgrades.
  • Collaborate with network architects on enhancing network resilience and optimization.
  • Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users during installation and post-deployment.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Implement network security measures to protect against threats and unauthorized access.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related ISP or IGW industry role.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, ISIS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS.
  • Hands-on experience with network devices, including Cisco, Juniper, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in network automation tools and scripting.
  • Knowledge of network security best practices.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent industry credentials.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
