• Monitor and Maintain Fortune Network such as core, access networking device OLT, ONT, Routers, Switch and Servers etc.
• Full handling customer complaints solving with the phone.
• NOC Tier 2 Level Support.
• Customer Complaints headline solving
• Customer service maintains ONT and their network fault.
• 24/7 monitoring data centre and DC equipment.
• Participate in a 24/7 duty shift monitoring data centre and facilities.

Repatriate
Male

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Network+
• CCNA, HCNA, MTCNA
• System administration
• At Least one year experience in the networking field.
• Able to work independently as well as team
• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Good Organizing and problem-solving skills
