Office Maintenance Manager (Section Head - Admin Department)

 

Job Description

  • Supervise maintenance team and repair of facilities and equipment.
  • Skills in Maintenance & Repair.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
  • Help with office relocations.
  • Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness.
  • Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate (Engineering field preferred)
  • Must have minimum 3 year of management experience in building maintenance field.(FMCG experience Preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication in English and Myanmar (written and verbal)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Must have M&E knowledge
