  • Reporting to the Managing Director & General Manager.
  • Responsibility for driving the operational aspects of the business to include productions, logistics / supply chain and warehousing & procurement.
  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
  • Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies.
  • Be aware and sound understanding of competitor analysis and distributions.
  • Performs other related duties as required

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Business Administration, Any Graduated or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years industry experience in a food and beverage distribution or FMCG Industrial.
  • Minimum of 3 years recent experience in Operations Management.
  • Strong negotiation skills in building relationships
  • Solid computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
