လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Submit and follow up 100% of La Na, Grant, and permit applications.
  • Obtain approval for at least 2–3 new land projects per year.
  • Achieve zero rejected applications due to missing or incorrect documents.
  • Complete feasibility and master planning for each project within 90 days.
  • Prepare accurate project budgets and financial models within ±5% variation.
  • Ensure all project designs align with zoning, infrastructure, and government guidelines.
  • Hold at least one coordination meeting per month with government and Land authority.
  • Build and maintain working relationships in at least 3 key government departments.
  • Submit all official reports/documents 100% on time.
  • Identify 2+ new land or project opportunities each quarter.
  • Propose at least 1 innovative project concept (housing, commercial, mixed-use) per year.
  • Contribute to increasing overall project portfolio value by 10–12%.

  • 5–10 years in real estate development, urban planning, or land management
  • Proven track record in handling La Na, Grant applications, permits, and land approvals
  • Experience in feasibility studies, master planning, and financial analysis
  • Liaison experience with government bodies, regulators, and land authorities
  • Involvement in large-scale housing, commercial, or mixed-use projects
  • Experience working with consultants, surveyors, and architects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban/Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or Project Management (preferred)
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) or Real Estate/Property Development (advantage)
