Proven track record in strategic planning, corporate governance, and organizationalleadership. Strong knowledge of performance management systems, BSC, and Profit-Centermanagement. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience in building high-performance teams and managing multidisciplinary functions.
