A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Communicate with Agents for all cases of License (Approval, Extension, Actual Amend, Cancel and Border Change).
  • Check and communicate with all agents for import & export Documents.
  • Prepare All items list detail file purpose to arrange new shipments.
  • Updated License Balance Status For all brands for Tax Prepare Invoice, Packing List and other related documents for import & export processes of declaration process at the Custom.
  • Data entry for incoming packing list at related border gate.
  • Checking with the relevant warehouse for the GRPO quantity according to the packing list
  • Updated License List for trucking format, and uploaded it on One Drive (purpose for arrange new shipment).
  • Prepare Invoice & packing list and other relevant docs for Applying license.
  • Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels, to comply with regulatory requirements..

  • Age (22 to 35) years around
  • Any graduated
  • Average Level in written English
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience in export operations, logistics, or international trade.
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Minimum (2) years experiences in Procurement Field
  • Can be used effectively the office application such as word, excel
  • Can be work as a team, can be work under pressure.
