  • Develop, propose, and execute the country project sales strategy, and Project Sales Plans to become the Market Leader in this channel;
  • Responsible for the project net sales, win ratio, gross margins, and project sales cost centre;
  • Develop and executive the 'TOA Value Proposition' for each of the Key Stakeholders;
  • Build a Project Pipe-Line which will be monitored through a project Pipe -Line Tracking tool;
  • Have TOA specified by leading property Developers, Architects and Interior Designers;
  • Establish strong relationships with top property developers, Architects, and interior Designers;
  • Responsible for Managing and Developing the project Sales Team;

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • 25 - 35 years;
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Commerce or Business Administration or Civil Engineering;
  • At Least 5 years' experience in a Project sales Leadership role preferably from the Decorative Paint or Building Materials industry;
  • Intelligent, analytical, dynamic, result-oriented, strong execution skills, people management skills, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and presentation communication skill;
  • Meeting the TOA DNA;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Burmese and English;
