 Preparing Vacancy Announcement and sourcing
 Collecting application, arranging for interviewing together with HR Manager.
 Maintain and update candidates information and personal profile
 Call shortlisted candidates.
 Collect requirement documents in personal profile.
 Background checking for candidates who passed interview.
 Able to handle SSB process and employment contract process.
 Perform other responsibilities when required.
 Maintaining Attendance and Leave.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

 A Bachelor`s Degree is required
 2-3 years experienced in HR field.
 Possessing a HR diploma or certificate would be an advantage.
 Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
 Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
 Knowledge in Labour Law.
 Fluent in English( Speaking and Written).
 Good personality and negotiation
