Record the order• Received order from direct to customer ,WH keeper ,sale team and me• And then write down on order book day by day• When received order from customer, confirm to WH keeper for stock balance• And then calculation the invoice amount and inform to customer(need to correct amount)Open the invoice• Before open the invoice, confirm with Sales Accountant• Must be carefully entry data in system (product code, bag size, bag Qty and T/C)• Need to sign at invoice• Invoice is pass to sale accountant to WH keeper for loadingCash received from customer• Counting the money from cash sale• Cash received data entry in system• Control the cash on hand with sale accounting• Assist to Sale accountantChecking the daily sale volume• Checking the daily sale volume with WH keeper• Revise invoice on next day for previous day, inform to Head officeOther description• Before end of the month, when the customers want to know about their sale volume ,need to inform all customers

• Any Graduate (B.A, B.Sc, B.com)• Computer literate• Preferable on experience in related field• Must be active and honest• Must be well organized and a self-starter• Ability to understand English
