  • Support to Showroom Manager and sales team with department operation 
  • Process paper work, documentation and quotation preparation 
  • Handling and communicating with related departments for stock, delivery and production status of the orders
  • Maintain accurate computer and manual filing system
  • Update sales figures, prepare and present daily/ monthly reports
  • Attending phone calls and enquires on behalf of sales team
  • Taking in charge of Showroom petty cash and other administrative works
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders

  • Any graduate
  • Age under 30 years
  • Proven experience as sales admin or sales support
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work under pressure
