This role will be responsible for assisting and supporting all related sale and service activities for Sales Origination and Merchant Care (Mandalay Team). In addition, the role holder need to check and verify that all submitted documents are align with standard and policy of the bank. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

• Effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
• To ensure that  Digital Sale Specialists have provided the complete list of document for each product before submission
• To upload all customer’s information’s to shared drive and make sure the completeness of data and information
• To assist and support Sales Team to prepare all related service’ applications and contract for  
• To maintain and update customer database as required
• To support Sale Team in scheduling meeting or appointment with  the client as per required
• Providing administrative and office support for the team
• To carry out any other duties or special project which may be assigned to you from time to time by supervisors.

• Obtain Bachelor’s degree
• No working experience required and welcome for new graduation
• Good communication in English for both verbal and writing
• Be able to handle multi-task assignments
• Good personality
• Good in MS Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
