Job Description

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure goals are met.
• Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing performance through testing and optimization.

• At least possess a Diploma in Marketing or a related equivalent diploma
• Proven experience as a digital marketing executive or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
