Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee data related to payroll, salary, allowances, incentives, and benefits.
Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Handle statutory contributions (e.g., social security, income tax, etc.) and ensure timely submission.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other C&B matters.
Support annual salary review, merit increase, and bonus payout processes.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits or payroll administration.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
