We are looking for a Senior Marketing Business Partner (Agency Equivalent is Account D at KBZ Bank. irector) to run the KBZPay ‘account’ within the in-house agency team
• Initiate and drive marketing solutions to support the evolving needs of the business.
• Recommend marketing best practices in different situations; crisis comms, consumer education, engagement campaigns etc.
• Sit in the KBZPay team office and build strong relationships with the KBZPay team to ensure that Marketing is always considered early on in any product development.
• Report weekly updates on challenges, opportunities and campaigns to the Head of Marketing
• Maintain a 6 month plan for the Marketing of KBZPay, ready to share with senior leadership at any time.
• Act as brand guardian for KBZPay, reviewing all branded communications materials going out of the Marketing Department to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage third party agencies and partners to ensure all materials are delivered on time, within budget and to the quality expected.
• Write copy, review visuals and propose creative solutions when required (and when Creative team is unable to support due to resource challenges and last minute requests).

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency, working as a Marketing Manager working on Digital or Technology clients or products.
Practical experience in running campaigns across multiple channels; digital, TV, Radio, OOH and activation events.
Excellent knowledge of e-mail and calendar software, all Microsoft office tools (PPT, Word and Excel).
Proven ability to build relationships with clients and own team.
Strong leadership credentials and proven ability to coach and lead a team.
Fluent in English and Burmese. Chinese Mandarin a benefit.
