Core Banking feature training for branches and HO users
Troubleshooting issue for completion of End of Day process
To develop, analyse, and troubleshoot the issues related to the existing Finacle products
interacting with branch users on Core Banking functional and user administration issues
deal with business, legal, risk, operations, and accounts departments about core banking functional issues and new requirements
to set new products and to participate in the testing for new business requirements and related issues

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

B.C.Sc/B.C.Tech/B.E (IT) or other related qualification.
Working experience in a Core Banking Solution, particularly Finacle, is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in Core Banking functional aspects
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with vendors and consumers
Having the product knowledge & concepts and thorough understanding about the Banking domain is required
Ability to work as part of a team and perform under pressure
Good command of spoken and written in both Myanmar and English are required
