  • To keep our FSC team 's network stable, secured and accessed easily during WFH period.
  • To make our FSC team's KPI better and reduce the outage duration of FTTH service.
  • To manage daily tasks and operations with new BRAS,AAA,NCE systems to get better results
  • To reduce B2C-FTTH and ADSL customers 's problems due to technical issues by troubleshooting with related teams.
  • To resolve every B2C-FTTH and ADSL customers' feedbacks quickly within KPI hours and to get the better result of service availability.
  • Good communicate with respective members to achieve target and service smoothly.
  • Support information to NOC (Network Operation Centre) team for service failure report

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science <or> B.E. (EC,IT) <or> A.G.T.I (EC,IT).
  • Able to use MS office tools.
  • Good at  Technical Knowledge and Vendor Management.
  • Good at Analytical and Problem-solving.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Internet Backbone and complex network environment of Telecom Industry
  • More than 2 years experience in solving the customer complaints.
